Monthly and Annual are the same Premium plan, just different billing schedules. You choose one at checkout, and billing is managed from Manage Billing in Settings.
Nothing is deleted. Your trades, journal, and images stay exactly as they are — you're simply subject to Free's limits going forward, until you upgrade again.
