Nothing is deleted. Your trades and journal stay exactly as they are. Free's limits apply going forward — for example, if you had more than one Playbook, Goal, or portfolio, one stays active and the rest are preserved and become available again once you upgrade.

Image attachments are a Premium feature, with 50 MB of storage per account. Free doesn't include new image uploads, but any images you already added — including from when you were on Premium — stay fully viewable. There's no video upload on any plan.
